chore: add Gilroy fonts, update dependencies, add gitignore entries

- Added Gilroy font family (12 variants)
- Added geolocator, geocoding, google_maps_flutter packages
- Updated pubspec.lock and macOS plugin registrant
- Added .gitignore entry for large video assets
