- Untrack .claude/launch.json (Claude Code config)
- Add .claude/, .mcp.json, CLAUDE.md, and AI-generated CSVs to .gitignore
- Add _notes/ vault (architecture, API, tasks, bugs, infra docs)
- Add .obsidian/ plugin/vault config (workspace state excluded)
- Sync CHANGELOG.md
